Initiate Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Securely
Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the fixture. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
